5-Year Workmanship Warranty:

All new and complete re-roofs installed by Birdhouse Roofing Ltd come with a 5-year workmanship warranty. This warranty covers any defect of workmanship on the roof installation. We promise to repair or replace any defect in workmanship within the warranty period without any expense to the Customer.

IKO Shingle Limited Lifetime Warranty:

All new and complete re-roofs with IKO Cambridge Asphalt Shingles come with a manufacturer Limited Lifetime Warranty as outlined in the IKO Limited Warranty Information for Asphalt Shingles found here. After we have completed the installation of your new or complete re-roof, we will provide you with a completed copy to ensure that you are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Steel Metal Warranty:

All pre-painted galvanized and galvalume steel roofing panels come with a manufacturer Limited 40 Year Warranty: Westman Steel Warranty & Forma Steel Warranty
